Job Summary – Admin Manager
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s administrative operations, public relations (PRO) activities, logistics, and staff accommodation management. This role ensures smooth organizational support across multiple functions, enabling the business to operate efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Admin Manager will supervise the administrative team, maintain strong relationships with external authorities and service providers, and manage company assets and facilities. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities across admin, logistics, and accommodation functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administration (Core Function):
Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations.
Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities effectively.
Manage company assets, stationery, equipment, and office facilities.
Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.
Maintain proper filing systems, documentation, and reports.
PRO (Public Relations) Role:
Manage government and legal processes such as visas, work permits, and renewals.
Liaise with ministries, embassies, and public authorities for company-related matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, residency regulations, and business licenses.
Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and renewals.
Logistics Management:
Oversee company logistics including shipments, transport coordination, and customs clearance.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
Plan and optimize resource allocation for local and international logistics.
Ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.
Accommodation & Staff Services:
Manage staff housing, leases, and accommodation allocation.
Ensure proper maintenance, utilities, and safety standards in accommodations.
Handle staff relocation, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
Act as the point of contact for staff welfare related to housing and support services.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Administration/PRO/Logistics roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of government procedures, labor laws, and logistics regulations.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to liaise effectively with staff and authorities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
