Job Summary -Data Entry Officer - (Lebanon)
The Data Entry Officer will support the administrative and operational functions of our client’s business based in Lebanon, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all data records. The role is responsible for maintaining organized and accurate data, supporting reporting and documentation, and assisting the team with daily operational tasks within a business-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems
Verify information for completeness and correctness before input
Maintain organized and up-to-date records
Assist in generating reports and documentation as required
Perform data validation and quality checks
Support filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform other data-related tasks as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong typing skills and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong communication skills
