Job Summary – HR Responsible (Training & Development Focus)
The HR Responsible will play a key role in driving the company’s human capital development, with a primary focus on Training and Development. This role is dedicated to analyzing training needs, designing and implementing learning initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development. The HR Responsible will collaborate closely with department heads to build tailored development plans, monitor training effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
In addition to training responsibilities, the HR Responsible will provide support in general HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws. This position requires a proactive professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both the immediate and long-term success of the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development (Primary Focus):
Analyze training needs across departments and job levels.
Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs.
Organize internal workshops, coaching sessions, and external training.
Partner with department heads to develop individual development plans.
Track training outcomes, collect feedback, and enhance program quality.
Manage training schedules, budgets, and relationships with providers.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
General HR Support (Secondary Responsibilities):
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration.
Support performance management processes and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
Contribute to HR projects and support internal communications.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of HR experience with proven expertise in Training & Development.
Strong skills in communication, facilitation, and program planning.
Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in English
