Job Summary – Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will support the implementation of the company’s marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, and enhance digital visibility. The role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, managing content, analyzing performance, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.

This position requires a creative, detail-oriented, and analytical professional who can translate marketing strategies into effective actions and support both internal and client-related marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Support (Primary Role)

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Manage daily digital marketing activities including social media posts, website updates, and email campaigns.

  • Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.

  • Support brand identity and ensure consistent communication across channels.

  • Conduct basic market research, collect data, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to align messaging and campaign needs.

Client Marketing Support (If Required)

  • Assist in preparing marketing proposals, audits, and competitor research for clients.

  • Support the development of digital campaigns, branding materials, and content plans.

  • Communicate with client teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks and updates.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track campaign KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and highlight areas for improvement.

  • Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and market updates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and basic analytics.

  • Experience using marketing tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Fluency in English required; French is a plus depending on region.
