Showroom Manager (Electronics)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our electronics showroom. The role involves leading the sales team, enhancing customer experience, maintaining high visual standards, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of consumer electronics and proven experience managing retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Ensure a professional and customer-friendly showroom environment.
Oversee product displays and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Implement sales strategies to increase conversion and revenue.
Handle escalated customer issues and support VIP clients.
Maintain strong product knowledge across all electronics categories.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
Ensure showroom cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
5–8 years of experience in electronics retail, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of consumer electronics and technology trends.
Proficient in MS Office and retail/CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare performance reports.
Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
