Job Summary

The Branch Manager is accountable for the day-to-day administrative and operational running of one TMC medical center. This role ensures the branch operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company policy — coordinating with clinical leadership on service delivery, managing front-line staff, and acting as the primary point of contact between the branch and head office.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth patient flow from arrival through checkout

• Manage scheduling, facility upkeep, and day-to-day administrative logistics

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations

• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular operational reports for head office

Staff Management

• Supervise front-line administrative staff (reception, patient services)

• Conduct performance check-ins, coordinate scheduling, and address day-to-day staff issues

• Escalate HR matters (disciplinary, grievance, hiring needs) to central HR per company policy

• Foster a professional, patient-focused culture among branch staff

Patient Experience

• Monitor and improve patient satisfaction at the branch level

• Handle escalated patient complaints or service issues professionally and promptly

• Ensure consistency with company-wide service standards

Coordination & Reporting

• Act as the branch's liaison with head office functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Quality & Risk)

• Coordinate with clinical leadership on matters affecting both administrative and clinical operations

• Support the rollout of new company policies, systems, and initiatives at the branch level

• Report branch performance metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, cost control) on a regular cadence

Financial & Resource Oversight

• Monitor branch-level budget and expenses in coordination with Finance

• Oversee supply and inventory needs in coordination with Supply Chain

• Identify cost-efficiency opportunities without compromising service quality


Required Exerpince and Education 


• Strong leadership and team management skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in an operations or branch management role, healthcare setting preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Basic financial literacy (budget tracking, expense management)

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with medical center management/scheduling software is a plus

• Composure and professionalism under pressure, especially in patient-facing escalations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

• Familiarity with Lebanese labor law and basic HR practices is a plus
