HR Generalist - Medical Sector

Job Summary 

The HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment coordination, attendance and leave administration, employee support, HR documentation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities

● Maintain accurate, well-organized employee records and personnel files across all branches, in both digital and physical form as required

● Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including documentation, equipment/access setup, and orientation scheduling

● Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and maintaining candidate correspondence

● Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee questions on HR policy, leave, and general administrative matters

● Track attendance, leave balances, and other HR administrative data across branches

● Assist the HR Manager in preparing HR reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses

● Support the rollout of new HR policies and procedures at branch level

● Flag emerging HR issues or employee concerns to the HR Manager in a timely manner

● Maintain strict confidentiality over sensitive employee and organizational information

● Contribute to the design of simple, practical HR administrative processes as the department grows

Required Experience & Qualifications


Required Educationa and experince 

● 1–3 years of experience in an HR administration, HR generalist, or HR coordinator role

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

● Working knowledge of Lebanese labor law fundamentals

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS platforms is an advantage

● Experience supporting HR operations across multiple sites or locations in Medical sector is a plus
