Job Summary – Indoor Sales Specialist (Electronics, Furniture & Interior Design)
We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Specialist in Nigeria to drive sales across electronics, furniture, and interior design solutions. The role involves engaging clients, understanding their needs, recommending tailored products or design solutions, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
This position is open to candidates with experience in any one of these areas—electronics, furniture, or interior design—while providing opportunities to collaborate with specialized teams in other showrooms. The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and able to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Assist clients in selecting products or design solutions based on their needs and preferences.
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to order confirmation and follow-up.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, or product specifications.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong post-sales relationships.
- Maintain showroom visual presentation and product displays to align with brand standards.
Design & Product Knowledge Support
- Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and materials in electronics, furniture, or interior design.
- Advise clients on product selection, design concepts, and space planning when relevant.
- Collaborate with specialized teams to provide accurate and customized solutions.
Reporting & Coordination
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Support internal reporting on sales metrics, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred (not mandatory for electronics or furniture specialists).
- 2–5 years of experience in indoor sales in electronics, furniture, or interior design solutions.
- Strong understanding of products in at least one category (electronics, furniture, or design).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus for interior design candidates.
- Fluency in English required; other languages are a plus depending on the market.

Must Have
