The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused interior solutions, incorporating furniture, materials, and design trends. The role involves collaborating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards for clients.
- Select and specify furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and décor elements aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely procurement and installation.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical documentation for design execution.
- Ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.
- Keep updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales or project team to translate client requirements into practical solutions.
- Provide after-project support and client follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in interior design, preferably with furniture-focused projects.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and design styles.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and technical drawing skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
