Job Summary
The Quality & Assurance Lead will establish and develop the foundation of Quality, Patient Safety, and Risk Management across Medical Centers. This role is responsible for introducing practical, consistent, and sustainable quality systems across clinical and non-clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and implement TMC's first quality-monitoring checklists, audit templates, and inspection routines
● Conduct baseline quality and safety walkthroughs at each of the 6 branches on a recurring basis
● Establish a simple, consistent system for documenting incidents, near-misses, and quality concerns
● Liaise directly with branch managers and clinical staff to introduce basic compliance and safety practices
● Identify the most urgent quality and safety gaps across the network and prioritize remediation
● Draft foundational quality policies and procedures for eventual formal adoption
● Track and report emerging quality trends to the Managing Partner
● Lay the operational and documentary groundwork for a full Quality & Risk department, including future sub-functions in patient safety and infection control
Required Education and Experince
● Prior exposure to quality assurance, patient safety, or clinical compliance work
● Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field
● Understanding of basic healthcare quality and safety standards
● Comfortable working independently to build a function with limited existing infrastructure
● Clinical background (nursing, allied health) in addition to administrative experience
● Familiarity with healthcare accreditation frameworks
● Experience establishing a new function or department from scratch
● Exposure to multi-site healthcare operations
